WEEETECH AUTOMATIC TESTING SYSTEM
High voltage wiring tester and electroemulator for functional tests
Specifications:
- Test voltage up to 2250 Vdc and 1500 Vac fully programmable
- Test current up to 3 A fully programmable
- Prepared for the installation of:
- high voltage generator “A”
- RLC bridge (for component measurement)
- up to 2 additional fully programmable 120W power supplies (max 40V, max 3A)
- Self-calibration of all installed generators (except any generators connected on GPIB/IEEE-488 bus)
- Insulation test in high voltage with threshold up to 10 GOhm ±3%, in low voltage up to 500 MOhm ±1%
- Continuity test with minimum resistance value 1 Ohm/ with 4 wire option Kelvin mode minimum resolution 3 mOhm
- Arch Test
- Possibility of measuring components such as resistors, diodes, inductances, capacitors
- Possibility of measuring an external direct or alternating voltage up to ±500 V
- Possibility of testing lights, switches and loads
- Possibility of activating external loads such as relays, lights, etc
- Possibility of evaluating electrical characteristics, frequencies, switching time intervals, etc.
- Test points that can be installed on the base unit (head) equipped with wheels for movement and/or on expansion units (ETE454), also equipped with wheels for movement and/or in portable units (MC16/MC32), with distributed matrix bus system
- Possibility to avoid very long interface cables to the detriment of functionality and measurements, through a well-distributed matrix system
- Possibility of having different test voltage levels within the same system
- Power for MC16 and MC32 boxes is supplied through the single machine bus directly from the base unit (head) or possibly from the ETE unit to which it is connected
- Possibility of installing a maximum of 5000 test points with type A specification (1500Vdc/1060Vac) on each bus line where only MC16/MC32 boxes are connected
- Possibility of installing a maximum of 1500 test points with type B specification (2250Vdc/1500Vac) on each bus line where only MC16/MC32 boxes are connected
- Connection between W454 and management PC via standard Ethernet interface (MS-Windows® 10 operating system with Internet Explorer 8 or MS-Windows® 10 with Internet Explorer 8 and higher)
- Possibility of connecting USB printers, labelers, etc
- New test software development program, tester management and file management: CEETIS
- Possibility to deactivate through a key selector only the test system without cutting off power to external devices (PCs, printers, etc.) for maintenance work
- Integrated safety circuit for the connection of protection barriers (infrared barriers, photocells, etc.)
- Redundant safety cut-out circuit for the U2/U3 power BUS
- Interface for status indicator lamp
- Three-phase 3P+N+T power supply with 16A industrial plug (red); possibility of having 16A single-phase power supply (maximum limit of installable test points)

High voltage cable testing system up to 1500V
Check: short circuits, interruptions, wires in incorrect position at low voltage (up to 10 Vdc), and high voltage up to 1500Vdc (opt. 1200Vac) basic module 16 (SS226) bidirectional ways (cables up to 8 wires).
Measurement: High voltage insulation resistance up to 1500Vdc. Component measurement group for R-D-LED.
Optional: High voltage dielectric strength (up to 1,500 Vac 30mA). High precision component measurement group for R-L-C-D-LED (it takes up 3 scanner places).
MAIN TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS (SOFTWARE)
- It self-learns the wiring system and obtains the electrical nodes of the circuit under test
- It acquires: keyboard cable configuration when required Esegue: test singolo, test continuato (verifica criticità alle sollecitazioni), test di soli corti fra nodi, test fra nodi e canali non utilizzati e test fra canali non utilizzati fra loro.
- It controls: cables with up to 80 different configurations physically on multiple workstations simultaneously, with station launch with appropriate window
- It tests: machine channel search and thread search
- it associates: name of the wires to the machine channels and name of the pins, upon typing
- it manages: workbooks, cable documents, work shifts, operators, piece serial numbers
- it takes a self-diagnosis: the system is equipped with hardware and software tools for self-diagnosis
- it prints: test reports, customized labels
- it handles: label reel to facilitate gripping
- it is integrable: into the quality data collection system
- It provides input/output: DIN 41612 male connectors (64 ways on a-c file body)
